Adds affiliate tags to all Amazon links.

The "QUIQQER Affiliate Links for Amazon"-module (short "QUALFA") adds any Amazon affiliate tag to all Amazon links in the QUIQQER system. If a user visits Amazon via such a link and then orders an article in the future, the owner of the affiliate-tag receives a small share of the sales. An easy way to generate passive income with your own website.
